What Is the Process?

Step 2
Find a lender for preapproval.
Step 3
Connie will begin sending you homes that fit your criteria. When you see one you like, she will schedule a showing.
Step 4
Make your purchase offer and write your Earnest Money Deposit check made out to Defined Title.
Step 5
Your offer is accepted and becomes a purchase contract.
Step 7
During the inspection you will thoroughly inspect the property to check it’s condition. After the inspection report is completed the bank will hire an appraiser to check the value of the property.
Step 8
You will receive your closing cost amount from your lender.
Step 9
Receive your Mortgage Commitment letter and provide a copy to Connie.
Step 10
Prior to closing on the sale of your new home, one final walk-through is scheduled to be sure the property is in the same condition as it was when you first viewed the home.
Step 11
The final sale and mortgage documents will be signed and you will officially be the owner of the property!
Step 12
Possession and move-in. Congrats!
